Waiver, Booking and Billing Policies of Sharp Pilates
- All sessions are by appointment and that payment is due at the time of your session
- Sharp Pilates maintains a FULL 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
- In order to confirm/hold your initial sessions, a credit card number will be requested and kept on file with the studio. A session will be deducted from your package if you fail to show up for a session or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, before your appointment.
- We are not responsible or liable for lost, stolen or damaged articles in the studio.
- Sharp Pilates packages expire 9 months from the purchase date.
- In consideration of your involvement and participation at Sharp Pilates, you voluntarily assume any and all risks of personal injury or personal property damage that might be associated with your participation and involvement in Pilates. Furthermore, you certify that you are in good physical condition and that a licensed physician (in the event of a recent surgery) has verified that your physical condition is at a sufficient level to enable you to use the facilities/programs safely.
